About Sycamore Apartments
Welcome to the Sycamore Apartments. These are brand new units that were completed in 2020 located in downtown Kokomo. You are a couple of blocks away from the local YMCA, across the street from the trolley station, walking distance to locally owned restaurants, shops, and a brewery. If you like the outdoors, the walking and biking trails are just around the corner. All of our units have their own balcony or patio. We have 1 and 2 bedrooms available. Our 1 bedroom units have two different floorplans consisting of a bar top counter which this layout provides more storage in the kitchen or an island which provides a more open concept. We also offer furnsihed 2 bedroom units for $1,500 monthly. We are a pet friendly community that accepts dogs and cats as long as they are under 50 pounds. We also accept short term leases as well. All potential Tenants must fill out an application and get a background check. We are not a section 8 facility. Please reach out if you have any questions.
