The Garrett Estate Winery is a complete gentleman's ranch with income from several sources, including wine sales, hay production, and grazing. Several trophy Pope & Young bucks scoring up to 220 have been taken on nearby properties, and the owner has consistently taken nice mule deer bucks and cow elk on the property. The property has several access points to BLM lands, and it's a great place to ride horses, ATV's, and dirt bikes, as well as hunt, shoot, and recreate. The property is available in other configurations the winery on 13 acres, a 17-acre plot of development land, and 247 acres of hay ground and creek bottoms. This is a gorgeous property in immaculate condition with very good improvements--a real buy in today's market. There is no conservation easement on the property and it is in a nice climate zone at 5,600 feet. Not too hot in the summers and nice and mild in the winters!
