About The Courtyard

Courtyard8 is located in the University District, walking distance to UW main campus in Seattle. The building is completed in 2016 and it is designed with an open center courtyard accessible to all units. Courtyard8 has 59 studio units. Each unit is approximately 250 square feet of living space that includes: studio area, kitchen, cloth closet and bathroom. Each unit is furnished with a study desk, a chair and a twin-size bed with mattress.

-Water/sewer/garb/gas and electricity is paid by the tenant and will be billed directly to each unit from Seattle Lights.
-Cable TV, Internet and telephone, if desired, will be the tenant's responsibility.
-No smoking, no drugs and no pets are allowed on premises.
