Occupancy: Each studio accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 minor, or 1 adult and 2 children.
Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free community; smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Pet Policy: A $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet and $15 monthly pet rent per pet are required. A pet addendum must be signed, and shot records are necessary. These fees can be waived with proper ESA documentation.
Mail Services: Residents can receive mail and packages at 3501 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28205, held by our front desk staff for pickup during business hours.
