Turtle Creek West offers beautiful housing in-town location just minutes from ASU, Samaritan's Purse, Watauga Medical, and many other community destinations. Applications for next year open up on October 1, and applying on our website will add you to the waitlist. We will not take any fees until we have a spot to offer you. Electricity is paid separately by being divided equally between all residents, and renters' insurance is required for each tenant at the tenant's expense.
