Victor South is an all bills paid, affordable apartment community in Tulsa's Brookside area! Tucked away in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood between S. Lewis and S. Peoria, our efficiencies, 1 BR 1 Bath and 2 BR 1 & 1/2 Bath units feature large square footage, big closets, ample cabinet space, refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and garbage disposal. Rent includes gas, water, trash, sewer & electric with no utility deposits. Property amenities include on site management, a laundry facility, swimming pool and plenty of free, off-street parking. We do not charge a monthly fee for parking, however your car must have current tags and be operational. We do not accept Section 8 or rent vouchers. Our income requirement is income is 3X the rent, with proof of income. We require a 600+ credit score. We do not allow tenants with felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. Move in costs are a $35 application fee, first month's rent and a security deposit. No cats. Dogs are allowed under 25 lbs. full-grown, however no aggressive dogs/breeds. If your pet is accepted, you will pay a $300 non-refundable pet fee, provide a photo of the dog and sign a Pet Agreement. We do not charge a monthly Pet Fee.

The office is open 8 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday.
