Couldn’t have purchased our first home with the help of Annmarie. With every question and appointment she was always punctual and beyond helpful. Annmarie was great to work with! I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism in the sale of my co-op where my mom lived until her passing. She was instrumental in pricing fairly in a limited market of comparable sales. It sold in just 2 days for full listing price.
