The best realtor in Central Texas hands down! Everything with her worked like a dream. Everything fell in to place like the last piece to a puzzle. She handpicked homes for us to see and not only did we find our dream home she made sure on a Sunday we didn’t miss the deal if a lifetime. From beginning to end she made sure all our request were met. She was working late on Saturday and before church on a Sunday to make sure we won that offer! She is personable with such a kind, loving heart. We are so thankful for her being our realtor. Anne was FANTASTIC to work with. The Austin real estate market is currently ridiculous and somehow, *somehow*, she found us the perfect house.

When we started this process, my spouse and I didn't know what we wanted in terms of a house except it needed to have 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths, share no walls and have a decent sized yard for gardening. How many floors? Who cares? What type of neighborhood? Doesn't matter!

Even in a market where houses were going tens of thousands of dollars over asking, Anne kept us leveled headed but optimistic. She wouldn't let us put an offer on something we didn't love, and she didn't try to push us into any place that didn't fit our personalities.

In addition, she's so responsive. I would text her sobbing emojis and she was there, reassuring me even though I was being so very dramatic. Overall, she found us a house with all the things we were looking for AND we got it for within our budget.

I will continue to recommend Anne to anyone looking for their perfect place to settle down.

Wonderful realtor and overall person. Anne was with us every weekend traveling all over Austin helping us find the perfect home. It was incredibly difficult to get house in the hottest housing market in the country, but Anne made it very easy as she was with us every step of the way -- from touring homes, negotiating offers, joining the home inspection, and even helping at the mortgage signing. We moved to Texas from out of state in 2010 and Anne was our realtor, tour guide, concierge and life coach. She helped us to understand the pros and cons of each area in Austin and navigate the home buying process. Anne helped us find just the right home within a great school district and a short commute time to work. Her husband Bruce who is a fantastic home builder/contractor also helped to make modifications to the home we purchased so that it was ready for us to move in when it was time to relocate.

My husband and I moved from the Chicago area to Austin, TX in Sept. 2019. We browsed various real estate sites for Austin area houses while still in Illinois, but had no idea whether the locations were right for us or not. My brother, who lives in West Lake area, recommended Anne Haikola from Emerald Haven Realty to help us find a house. We loved working with Ann from the start. She has a wonderful outgoing personality but exudes a high degree of real estate knowledge. For example, Anne asked us a very important question... What is the location of your new job? My job was just south of downtown, so Anne suggested we look at houses that are only 10 miles from my work. Ann knew that the traffic in Austin would be a key factor to consider when looking for a house!! Anne’s years of real estate expertise, her extensive knowledge of Austin and the surrounding area, her professionalism , and her great negotiating skills helped us secure a house within one week of moving to Austin! And we love our new house! We can’t thank her enough for the time she spent with us and the advise she gave along the way.
