As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about such a big purchase and how to get there--but Anthony made the process a breeze! He walked us through all the steps of buying a home, was always available to answer questions, and proactively answered questions before I even knew to ask. Also, Anthony's extensive knowledge of the DMV area and neighborhoods was such an asset in our search. He learned our style and suggested great places and neighborhoods before they were even on our radar. In short, Anthony made me so confident about my purchase and I'm so grateful!

Anthony was simply amazing! As a first time home owner, who did not understand the process of purchasing a house, Anthony was extremely supportive. He was very patient and helped us process all questions and concerns we had.

Anthony was able to help us narrow our search - he even helped us discover what we really wanted. He was very responsive to all kind of questions we had. Having him as our realtor made the process less stressful due to his demeanor and professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience with Anthony. His team came to my home and meant business from our first interaction. They had a plan from start to finish and made my family feel confident about selling our home which is our biggest investment. His professional knowledge and strategy of the market and industry puts you at ease. The best thing about Anthony is he is there for you through the entire process. It does not matter when or if he has other commitments he always answers back and no question or request is too small. I’ve seen him do everything from move furniture for staging to running an open house to picking up a pack of lightbulbs when I forgot a few were out. The details to his team matter and those details show. I would certainly list a home with Anthony again and I wish him and his team continued success.

I cannot say enough about Anthony Salinas. Navigating through the real estate market in fairly new city can be daunting and it’s easy to be distracted by the rustic appearance of exposed brick and the glamor of shiny new appliances. In the flurry of open houses and house hunting, it takes someone professional, patient and truly empathic to take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle and importantly your budget.

Navigating through different neighborhoods, it becomes so easy to move from realistic homes to aspirational properties and Anthony is able to decipher your must-haves while still finding you the ideal home. He became an invaluable resource for objective opinions - from understanding the process of making the offer to assessing home values and getting the best price to selecting the right mortgage banker.

It was never in doubt that it wasn’t about the sale, it was about me and finding the right home. I can’t thank Anthony enough for the time, constant professionalism, patience and expertise he brought to the entire process and the home he found me. Highly recommended!

Anthony is more than a realtor who simply lists and shows your property. Anthony serves his clients as a knowledgeable consultant who is willing to patiently support all the tedious paperwork required of the seller and continuously be available to answer questions and temper one’s concerns. More importantly – Anthony understands the value of “staging” and “showing” the property. He does the work to make this happen with no stress for the seller. Our property was staged and listed on a Wednesday with the Open House following over the weekend. His ability to coordinate all preparations with multiple entities, and his genuine enthusiasm for our property coupled with his timely responsiveness to all prospective buyers’ queries resulted in our signing a contract that Tuesday.
