I am a realtor with Keller Williams on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC and Brandon conducted a weekly accountability class following the Millionaire Mindset of Real Estate. He was very helpful with providing a platform where we could set weekly goals to build our business and create lead generating opportunities. He provided the focus that can sometimes be lost when you have a hundred other tasks to complete in your personal life as well. He has been a great coach and mentor and provided advice based on his wealth of knowledge of real estate. I met Brandon Scott at a DCHA event, and I’m so glad I did. As I don’t use or have a computer and the thought of doing this alone was becoming overwhelming. An outing on a Sunday with a friend in 2020 before the world shifted on its axis produced one of the most beneficial relationships for my goals. Brandon has been and is a wonderful resource not only for homeownership but leveraging your home to build wealth. Brandon provided tools and guidance to find the best home for me. In Oct 2021, I was able to purchase a house that provided me with the opportunity to make additional income from my basement that is set up as a one bedroom attached apartment. Almost three years to date of finding this home, I have now found a tenant for the unit. Brandon’s knowledge of market trends, his ability to discern clients personalities, pragmatic view makes him one of the best in the field. I am someone who does not always trust others to do what they say or help me when they offer. However, I trust Brandon to what he says and that what he says will happen. He always does what needs to be done and will be working with him as I add landlord/investor to homeowner.
