We moved from Florida in 2022. We had never been to the area but family of ours had lived near here years and years ago. We started with one agent but when they were too busy, they referred us to Brian. From there everything took off. The house we were looking at was under contract but since we showed we really wanted it, he helped us put in a backup offer. He walked us through everything and the processes for buying a house. He offered to do a virtual walk-through because of us being so far and said he could do it a few times. I ended up flying up and looking at the house in person and after walking through the whole house with me and showing things to watch out for, a week later we put in the offer.
We timed the closing to be the week of Thanksgiving. Even though he was going out of town, he delayed his leave till we got there to make sure we got our keys, and afterwards referred me to restaurants around town.

He checked in on us and even sent us a baking conversion magnet.
I would (and did) go back to him to buy more properties.
