Selling and buying a house was at the same time is very scary and stressful thing for us. Carlos made it look easy and assured us that he would take care of us, you say to your self nah he is just in it for the commission, But I was so wrong, He told us exactly what to do to get the house ready and even checked in with us just to make sure we were not freaking out. He sold our house in 23 days and got us pretty close to asking price. While he was selling our house he was also helping us find a new condo, This was also nerve wrecking but again Carlos made us feel confident and found us the PERFECT place. My wife and I want to thank Carlos for making one of our biggest and hardest decision very easy.

Before I purchased a house using Carlos, he helped me find a place to rent when I was in immediate need of a place. Within days we found a great location and he facilitated the process with all of the paperwork so that we could move in. When we were ready to purchase a new house, I spend months with Carlos looking for the right place. We put in multiple offers and finally we found the house that was meant to be. I feel like we were looking at houses every day, but he was there every step of the way, making sure that he was showing us properties that met our tastes. In the end, it was because of his relationship with the mortgage broker that we finally landed the house we wanted. The mortgage broker worked with the sellers when they had bought that same house, and because of Carlos's professionalism and sense of urgency, we were able to get everything in and the offer was accepted. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to have a second chance to work with Carlos Caicedo on the sale of our first home. Carlos found us our first home almost six years ago so it was a no brainer that we would choose him to list it for us. My husband and I consider Carlos a great friend and professional individual. He always made us feel like we were a priority even when he had many other clients to attend to. He understood how emotional the process was for us and always had our best interest at heart.
