Cesar is very pleasant to work with. He helped me secure an apartment and was especially patient while I was out of town. He was willing to meet me multiple times to view the apartment, and made signing papers convenient by coming to my location. He’s easy to talk to, straight forward, and has a great sense of humor! The most important thing is Cesar did not get frustrated with my 40,000 questions. If I have to move again, I will definitely give Cesar a call!

Mr. Guevara was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have dealt with various real estate agents so I feel confident in saying that he is a very competent real estate agent and just overall very good at job. The apartment I originally wanted was already leased. Not only did he help me find a better apartment but also saved us hundreds of dollars by showing an apartment very similar to the one I originally wanted, for a reduced price. For that, thank you Mr. Guevara. I certainly would recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a good rental. P.S- he is very personable and very knowledge on NY area, subways, restaurants etc.

Cesar is great and very professional. He was prompt with his emails and replies. Even after I signed for an apt, I had some logistical issues with the management company and reached out to Cesar for help. He immediately reached out to the landlord and had the issues fixed.
