I asked Ed for assistance selling my home. I had been in that subdivision over 34 years, 20 in that home. The knowledge, expertise and skills demonstrated by Ed far exceeded my expectations. A better agent you will not find in Southern Maryland. Ed managed and oversaw all major repairs and executed the entire project flawlessly! Knowing Ed was running the whole project allowed me to rest in peace. There is no substitute for peace. In addition, Ed listed and then sold my home for more than it was listed at. Ed is the best real estate agent in SOMD; by far, the best real estate agent my family has ever had the genuine pleasure of working with. If I didn't know any better, I'd have thought he was a lawyer given how hard he fought on our behalf. The deal he secured us for the sale of our home was the best deal we could have possibly received given the current market and our personal family circumstances. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we not only received a great deal on the sale of our home, but helped us to get into a great rental after the fact; helping us with the moving process as well. When the time comes to buy again, he will definitely be the agent we reach out to to help us in that process. When buying a house in a highly competitive market like St. Mary’s you need somebody on your team that can act efficiently and effectively. Ed is a fantastic real estate agent. When I first moved into the southern Maryland area with short notice he connected me to a rental property that surpasses all my expectations.

About a couple years later the land lord really wanted to sell the property and I found that I had really fallen in love with the place and wanted to buy it so that I could hold on to it for both myself and my daughter. It was after all the house she came to know and feel comfortable in at only two and a half at the time of the sale.

After some recent financial trouble I was worried I wouldn't be able to buy it. I had only expressed my hopes and concerns to the land lord when Ed contacted me saying the land lord had reached out to him and that he (Ed Tully) had talked with a lender he knew, Steve Combs from Corner Stone lending and they believed they could make it work for me.

Ed and Steve arranged a convenient video chat with me, since I was very busy, breaking down every detail of a number of different plans that all involved holding the mortgage under what I could adored with very little down. Later on this became zero down. This was crucial to me because recent financial issues had left my accounts very depleted. This low and eventually zero down came in part due to both Ed Tully and his friend Steve Combs from CornerStone Lending talking to the land lord convincing her to cover the closing costs so that we could both make this sale work.

I was amazed following this first video chat and asked them to put the application through. Shortly there after Ed became officially my real estate agent for the deal. Then Ed showed up to my house one night, after asking me if it would be ok, with all of the current documents printed out. He not only took the time to explain every part of this process to me in an honest unbiased and very patient manner but, even seeing my struggle to go through all of the material while single parenting, took over cooking dinner for my daughter, cut it up, plated it, and got her settled at her seat, all while explaining the house sale process to me while I flipped through the pages.

As we talked I found out about charity work he does at the local medical centers, dressing up as super heroes with a group of people to inspire sick children and keep them mentally fighting to get better. Since I took an interest in hearing about it, on Christmas he left me a Merry Christmas letter with a picture of his charity work team and him. It was very touching.

In the end Ed helped me secure an excellent and fast deal on the house ensuring that repairs were taken care of quickly and he even gifted me a frame with a large iron symbolic key to my house in it.

Ed is not only a great real estate agent but also a wonderful human being and I fully recommend him with all 5 stars.
