We highly recommend Jae if any one if looking for an agent! He was responsive and was very knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, my husband and I had a lot of questions and wasn’t familiar with the process, but Jae guided us through the entire process. He even recommended us with some local lenders, which we ended up working with one of them. Throughout the process he was patient with us and wasn’t pressuring us to make a decision soon. He was always putting our interest first trying to find us with a valuable house within our budget that would suit our needs. I have worked with Jae both as a buyer and as a seller. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous about the process. It seemed very frustrating and intimidating. After we met with Jae, the process actually ended up being fun and exciting. He recommended some local lenders and we ended up working with one who was really easy to work with. Jae listens to your needs – like truly listens and guides you through the process. He wasn’t pushy and he was very patient with us. Always ready to answer our questions.
When we were selling the house, we had already moved out of state and he went above and beyond to help us prep the house for sale. We felt that he had our best interest. He updated us every step of the way. Since he is a good agent, he is busy but he makes time to respond to your questions. We really trusted him through the whole process because he established himself as someone who is not only good at his job but very trustworthy. The problem with working with him is that you get so spoilt with good service and you think that is the way real estate until you work with someone else and it’s a whole stressful process. I recommend him 1001%.
