Jason was very knowledgeable easy to talk with answers his phone all the time I called him told me what to expect sold my house in less than a week he handed it all GREAT JOB.

After initially listing my home as FSBO, I had dozens of agents ( and brokers ) pitch me on why I should hire them. Let me tell you Jason was literally the ONLY one who actually listened to what our needs were in selling our home rather than making it all about himself and as a sales professional myself I was shocked so many had forgotten how essential that skill is! Beyond that, Jason is amazing at bringing added value with his technical and cutting edge marketing to set your home apart visually online. Just as important is his prior experience in the mortgage business which I think is often undervalued until it comes time to close the deal. Overall he possesses a “can do” attitude along with a very likable personality that makes an often stressful experience much more fun! I have no doubts that I chose the absolute best person to represent us and I would without hesitation use him again.

After years using local realtors and listening to them tell me that I couldn't get the price I was seeking. I was always told no, you need to sell it at this price. (Which was really low) I knew what I had and yet the objections I received was ridiculous. Those realtors were looking for a quick sale.
Then I met Jason Frangoulis, a genuine person (not a pushy salesman) who listened to what I desired and thought. In fact he told me my price was to low.
Jason made me realize the great potential in my house.
Jason told me he could list my house at a number that was greater than what I was expecting.
Not only did I list with him. I believed in his ability and he reassured me at every turn to be patient.
Well that day came and I received well over what the other local realtor said I could get. Jason saw my vision and delivered.
Its hard in today's world to find someone who will listen and address you desires and deliver what he promised. I was lucky to have found him and I considered him a friend.
