Jim and Raquel are superheroes. I've never seen someone work so hard on behalf of his clients. We nailed down my dream home so quickly I got whiplash! Even after the close, he continues to provide recommendations for contractors and suggestions for how to make improvements. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a great realtor. Given how competitive the current market it, I doubt anyone else could have been strategic and aggressive (in a nice way) enough to beat out other bidders. Thank you both!!!

Let's just say, I'm not a fan of realtors. In my experience of using realtors, they have not earned the commission they get.

Jim changed my mind. All the work Jim did to get the transaction to go through was incredible. He is very successful and I understand why. This is the first time I thought the realtor deserved his commission. He monitored every task that needed to be completed and if there was any issue with the snag, he was, as Jim would say "I'm on it". From the loan and his relationshoip with the loan officer to dealing with inspections and the walk through. For example, when we had the final walk through, the buyer wanted to make sure our air conditioner worked, since we just installed it due to the buyer wanting a new one. It was a very hot day and the Air Con was set to 69, but it was taking too long and the seller was getting upset that we didn't install a good air conditioner. So I told Jim I had a "laser thermometer" that gave you temp where you pointed it and to point it at the register of output air. Jim couldn't find it. He was going through my garage that was in disarray due to us moving out while it was over 90 degrees in his suit to find that thermometer. He finally found it and appeased the buyer.

I would recommend Mr. "I'm on it" to anyone.

Anyone who has ever purchased or sold a home knows what an bewildering process it can be. Guessing the lenders ‘moving target’ of documents they need, meeting arbitrary title company deadlines or filling out something called a 'natural hazard disclosure'. No mere mortal should even consider the process without getting the best person possible on your side. Jim helped navigate the purchase and/or sale of 3 homes in the past 25 years. Each time he made sure I was completely informed, covered, represented and protected. Nothing gets past this guy. Occasionally through the process it can be overwhelming - this is when Jim’s value truly shines. He patiently makes sure you regain confidence in your purchase decision and helps you focus on your new home. I would never go into any home agreement without his advice and representation. The most recent sale of my home happened in the early days of covid. Offices were closing, others had partial staff. Submitting forms and staying on deadline was almost impossible. Jim never skipped a beat. He literally moved mountains to get the deal done. He even went toe-to-toe with the other agent in the 11th hour of the deal after the inspection. The difference between a good agent an a really great agent is when they can move mountains. Jim moves mountains.
