Where do I start? Between showing my husband and I dozens of houses until we found the “one”, to helping us prep our old house for sale, Kristin was a rock star through both processes! She tolerated us (mainly me) through some of the more stressful parts, talked us through any questions we had, and went above and beyond on so many levels. She’s the best and you can’t go wrong with having her sell your old home or finding you a new home! Thank you Kristin!!

Kristin is knowledgeable, responsive, organized, patient and really listens to what you want in a home. She spent quite some time going out 'house looking' with be before I found 'the one' and it was great to be able to see different options and amenities available in houses so you can decide your wants and needs. She's definitely your biggest advocate and will ask questions to make you think about all angles of the buying experience and living in your new home prior to your purchase. She found me the perfect home and negotiated a better price. You can tell she totally enjoys being a realtor! I highly recommend Kristin - she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied.
