She has earned her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, demonstrating her in-depth market knowledge, as well as her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, highlighting her expertise in working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Lila spent over 17 years in sales, business consulting, and account management at leading tech companies, where she honed her customer service, communication, and negotiation skills — all of which she now brings to her real estate clients with passion and precision.
Lila loves Austin, and her local knowledge of the city and its luxury home market is an invaluable asset. She handles all types of transactions, from investments to home sales, always keeping her clients’ goals front and center. Lakeside properties are one of Lila’s specialties, and she takes pride in helping clients find their dream homes along Lake Austin and Lake Travis. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and guides them through every step of the process — all the way to a successful closing.
In her free time, Lila enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband, Travis, her two stepsons, Grayson and Ryder, and her seven-year-old daughter, Ellie. She and her family love skiing and visiting family in Breckenridge, Colorado, and they can often be found enjoying time on the water at Lake Austin.
Lila is also deeply involved in her community as a board member of the Steiner Ranch PTA and a Pop Warner cheer coach, where she loves giving back and supporting local families.
