I am a long-term resident of the Grand Strand, moving here from Charlotte, NC in 1988. I’ve been living here 37 years and haven’t moved more than a mile from our first home. Phillips Realty opened in 2000 and December 2025 will mark our 25th incredible year. These years in real estate have been quite an experience!
