I began the emotional and physically draining clean up of my father's home after his passing. I also endured an exhausting probate process with all of the family drama included. Finally, in need of a realtor to assist with the sale I turned to Maria. She helped me greatly with the final details before listing the property. She coordinated the final heavy lifting of household items to be removed with her handyman. She coordinated the final house cleanup with her house keeper. When my husband said he found a realtor in Cutler Bay who would take care of renting out our vacant condo, I was skeptical. We usually do it ourselves, and make many trips from the Keys (where we live) for showings, signings, walk-throughs, key handoffs and every other little detail required to be a landlord.
