I began the emotional and physically draining clean up of my father's home after his passing. I also endured an exhausting probate process with all of the family drama included. When my husband said he found a realtor in Cutler Bay who would take care of renting out our vacant condo, I was skeptical. We usually do it ourselves, and make many trips from the Keys (where we live) for showings, signings, walk-throughs, key handoffs and every other little detail required to be a landlord.
