Born and raised in the Allston/Brighton area of Boston. I've made the South Shore my home, raising my family in the picturesque coastal town of Cohasset with my husband, Hans-Peter. Throughout my children's school years, I remained actively involved in the community through Girl Scouts, All-Star Cheerleading, Ice Hockey and as a dedicated room parent and library assistant.

Today, the same community spirit shines through in everything I do-from volunteering with the South Shore Realtors Group and fundraising for the USNA Parents Club of New England, a member of the Cohasset Historical District Committee, to a fun personal tradition: leaving dog treats outside the Gibson Sotheby's office on 1 Main Street for our four-legged neighbors.

If you’re buying in the Boston area, stop your search now; Mary is the agent you want in your corner.

We were out-of-state buyers with big goals in search of a unique property. Mary was calm, relentlessly professional, and most importantly, she kept the deal alive when others would’ve let it die. She fought for us, negotiated fiercely, and ultimately got us the property for hundreds of thousands below asking. That’s not a typo.

While the listing agent postured and played games, Mary stayed laser-focused and unshakable. His arrogance didn’t stand a chance against her strategy, experience, and grit.

Beyond the negotiation table, Mary went above and beyond in every way. She coordinated with contractors, inspectors, and suppliers. No task too small, no detail overlooked. And because we were managing everything from out of state, her willingness to jump in and handle logistics on the ground was absolutely critical.

My husband and I worked with Mary when buying our first home. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and needed guidance. Mary did a fantastic job at guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. She was very responsive and would get back to us promptly whenever we needed her help.
