Michael demonstrated a thorough understanding of our circumstances and found us the perfect home, a home that we would not have found through conventional self-searches. We then contracted with Michael to sell our home. Having limited mobility and being unable to perform basic tasks to prepare the home for sale, he had all the resources and contacts needed to perform these tasks in a very timely manner. We worked with Michael this Spring to sell our home of 33 years in Chelmsford. Michael was uncanny in understanding the process and explaining it to me, as I was limited in what I knew. He knew the ins and outs of getting things done and keeping the process moving along. Even when I thought the selling price seemed high, he told me to give it a chance, and we sold in 7 days. A few times, I was in panic mode, and Michael explained things clearly, which eased my anxiety. As we approached our closing, I felt like things got easier as Michael was there to guide us through the process, close our house in the morning, and sign into our new location by afternoon. I recommend Michael and his team; they know the area and understand how to get the job done.
