Working with Shawn was a pleasant experience, he is very knowledgeable in many
areas of the home buying process and made each step of the way easier as he was
there to guide me the whole way through. He was quick and attentive to answer any
questions that I had. He also looked out for my best interests which impressed me
greatly! Shawn is definitely the best agent I've had out of all my experiences and I
would recommend him to anyone!

There is nothing more comforting in having someone help you buy a house especially being we currently live out of state and having someone who truly knows the area. Shawn helped me buy my first home! As a first time home buyer there was a lot of overwhelming information thrown at me quick. Shawn was there every step of the way and made this a very easy and comfortable process. He was very knowledgeable and I really felt like he had my best interest in heart. There was never any pressure which I really liked. After he figured out my tastes he always sent me great recommendations. I love love love the house he found me and he helped me negotiate a great price. In my past home buying experiences ( when my parents bought houses ) the realtors were no where as near top notch as Shawn. I’m so happy I found a realtor that cares and who helped me find my dream home. I really can’t recommend him enough. Shawn thank you so much for all your hard work and getting me the perfect house.

Shawn took on a huge task when he decided to work with me. I loved my home, my neighborhood and the town of Safety Harbor. After five years of living alone in 3,000 square feet plus a yard and pool, I just didn't want to have to deal with all of it anymore.

My daughter recommended Shawn. He started by showing many villas and some homes in the area. Many of them had all kinds of social things to do. Those neighborhoods didn't appeal. We worked together for about six months. All during the process he was very upbeat and encouraging. I was discouraged but he stayed positive. At one point I asked him to give me addresses and that I would look at the neighborhood first to determine whether I wanted to see inside. As we all know, the market is crazy and houses are already gone before you even can get in to see them. For me that was daunting. How can you buy a house after seeing it for 15 minutes? I'm not sure when it was, but I decided not to keep looking. Shawn was okay with that but said that he knew what I wanted and if he saw it, he would let me know. It was shortly after that he forwarded the information on Hounds Run. He indicated the open house times and that the decision would need to be made that day. He really did know what I was looking for, the thing just hadn't showed up before. It was a perfect fit and I am very grateful that he didn't give up.

When it came time to sell, he was ready. Had wonderful pictures taken and the house sold right away--sight unseen.

Shawn was easy to work with, professional, encouraging, and not pushy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
