We were having a tough time buying our dream home because our offers kept getting outbid with another agent. Then we met Sheida at an open house, and things took a turn for the better. Sheida and her team worked hard to get our offer accepted, even with 10 other offers on the table. She was always negotiating on our behalf and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to buy the home we really wanted in this competitive market. I can't recommend Sheida enough if you're looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent.

Sheida is very professional. She responded very quickly to requests for information. She provided us with excellent guidance on how to proceed. Here digital staging was very [professional and effective. Our codo unit sold following the initial week-end of showings and closed without a problem.

I truly believe that my house wouldn’t have sold without Sheida. The interest rates jumped dramatically and changed the market right away. But she kept me informed very often about surrounding houses and the price comparisons, all sorts of stuff that I didn’t even know existed. I got my asking price and everything! For a moment i thought the listing went cold but she kept on promoting and holding open houses. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We can't even begin to share with you our Wonderful Experience in selling our home with Sheida Rezazadeh as our realtor.
This can be an extremely emotional stressful time.... selling your
"Life-Long" home and Not knowing the "ins' & outs" of selling property in this day and age.
We had listed with a realtor who we trusted... but come 2 find out, they did not behoove us. When we reached out to Sheida with questions, she spent time with us explaining the path of selling our home. We had Not even "hired" her yet.
Too make a Longer story Short (😉)
She was with us Each & Every day, guiding us along this journey. She ALWAYS updated us & called\texted us back with all the questions I had... and I had Alot of inquiries!
And too make our experience even Better, she was (and Is) always so Gracious & Kind.

Sheida is incredibly patient and hard working. I was lucky to meet her in December of 2021 when the market was getting even crazier due to interest rates rising. I wasn't ready to buy yet, but she kept in touch with me, and by March 2022 I was ready to work with an agent. First person I called was Sheida.

I think the market nowadays for buyers is really driven by personal research, and Sheida was more than helpful with getting me comps and suggested price ranges for properties I was looking at. I put down 3 offers with Sheida as my agent, and each time we got such great feedback from sellers even if my offers weren't accepted. My third offer was accepted, and the listing agent noted that Sheida's communication style made us stand out.

With how competitive the market has been, having an agent like Sheida was a true asset. Listing agents love working with her and she has great contacts and referrals for lenders and inspectors. My favorite thing about Sheida is that she wanted to work within your budget. A few times, she suggested offering lower than what I was considering, and each time we were still in the top 3 offers. She won't push you to spend more and respects that it's your decision. She'll gently nudge in the right direction which I really appreciated. All in all, I'd love to work with Sheida again.

Sheida is incredible to work with. We bought our new home and sold the current home at the same time. She made a very stressful process with numerous moving parts very easy for us.
