My husband and I recently worked with Tracey to sell our house and buy another one. She was such a huge gift to us. She walked us through preparing our house to sell, helped with staging it, showed us new houses, and guided us with what to expect with the whole process. Buying/selling in general is stressful, but when you combine it with a baby like we have, it was even worse. Tracey made things easy for us to understand, talked through all our options, and eased the overwhelm. Once the houses went under contract, her team took over and coordinated everything for us. Her team strives for excellence and they succeed. There are a million good realtors out there, but Tracey is the best. While I hope we don’t have to move again anytime soon, I know that when we do we will call Tracey!

There’s not enough space in a Review to fully express our feelings about Tracey Scott. In short, she was outstanding in every aspect of the sale of our home. She was professional and very responsive to our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond in helping us get the property ready for sale and then doing everything necessary to bring the sale to closing. I’ve sold a few homes in my day, but I’m not sure that I’ve ever experienced this level of assistance and knowledge in the real estate profession. If possible, I would rate her a ‘100 Stars’ and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in WV or VA. Simply outstanding!

My personal experience with Tracey Scott and her team go beyond anything I could have imagined. I reached out to her for advice. I had a patient that was elderly and handicapped. The patient needed to move out of state for 24 hour care. The patient needed to sell their house, but was unable to prepare the property for sale. Tracey came over to meet the home owner, explain the process and to provide an honest assessment of the home and property. The patient stated they felt a strong and positive vibe with Tracey and wanted to proceed with the process. Once the patient was relocated and safe, Tracey and her team went to work! They prepared the home and property, while keeping in constant communication with the home owner and sending pictures via text message when projects were completed. Tracey treated the homeowner with such love and respect. The Tracey Scott team worked for weeks in preparing the house, landscaping and final touches. Once on the market, the house sold fairly quickly and at a price the seller was extremely pleased with. The paperwork was all handled by Tracey Scott and her team by either email or mail. The patient did not have to return to the area for closing. This pure hearted woman and her team truly extended themselves for a stranger... think about that... In today’s world, who does that? Good and honest people do, that’s who! Tracey and her team performed a smooth transition for what was a difficult and emotional situation for a scared, elderly and handicapped patient. I know for certain there aren’t many realtors that would have taken on this task and performed it with the level of love, kindness, honesty and integrity as Tracey did. Tracey was great. I had a hell of a situation with a terrible lender. She stuck it out with me extension after extension. She communicated well. She spent months showing me houses all around three WV counties before we found the one. She's very down to earth. Her team is quick and pleasant to work with as well. You could tell she was good at her job because she knew every professional we dealt with throughout the entire transaction on a friendly but business level. If you're buying in the WV panhandle, call this lady!
