Valentina is more than Helpful in finding us an apartment. It's like having a friend on the "inside" that is working with you.She's extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. As a Firstime home buyer, we dont have any clue about the terms, the process. There's a time that we almost give up because of the stress it causing us but she encourage us that everything will be worth it at the end. And she's right! Everything that we've been through is just a history. We're now enjoying the comfort of our own Home. We will Highly recommend her 101% to all of our friends, co worker and everyone who needs a Real state agent.

I highly recommend Valentina to anyone who is in need of an outstanding and professional Realtor. Valentina’s knowledge and expertise of the market and neighborhood are second to none. Not only did she communicate with me throughout the entire transaction and ease all my concerns, She had a network of professionals to recommend for anything I needed throughout transaction. Valentina was always available. She made what could have been a most stressful experience, almost seamless. She cared as if we had been friends forever. She even went as far as helping to clean out the house with me.

Then Valentina came along. She not only found the perfect home for me; she went above and beyond to make sure the process was simple and stress free. As a real estate attorney I have a pleasure of working with Valentina. Every time the transactional deal sheet comes in and I see Valentina’s name on it, I am thrilled. She is an outstanding realtor who always demonstrates the highest caliber of ethics and etiquette whether it is in how she manages her transactions, responds to clients, or interacts with attorneys, mortgage brokers and other real estate professionals. She is a warm, polite, professional and respectful person. Her job is not easy, her role requires a high level of knowledge, diligence, calm and respectfulness. Based on my observations, she always carries herself professionally and elegantly. My clients trust her and love working with her. They feel very comfortable with her. I find Valentina very easy to work with and I always appreciate her responsiveness and willingness to take extra steps in order to keep the transaction moving. I recently had a sale transaction with Valentina where we were representing the seller. Two weeks before the closing, the title company requested certain affidavits to be signed by several seller’s neighbors. Seller has moved out of the house already and was no longer living in the neighborhood. Valentina, knowing how difficult it would be for the seller to get these affidavits signed, notarized and delivered back to my office, and then eventually to the title company, offered help and facilitated the whole process of obtaining the affidavits from neighbors in the timely manner. She is constantly on top of her things and truly cares about her clients. I enjoy working with her.

I just sold my Co-Op and purchased my first house. Valentina kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. I found her very accessible and easy to talk to. Most of the time I could only call at night and on weekends. She would always answer or return my call right away. I had a lot of questions that she was happy to answer. She even answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. Valentina is professional, a pleasure to deal with, and has a great personality. I highly recommend her.

Valentina is simply amazing from the start of this whole process to the very end of transaction. She always handles herself in the most professional manner and is extremely knowledgeable, positive and so easy to work with. We thought selling our coop in order to buy a home in this insane market would be a nightmare. Valentina put all our fears to rest. Not only was our coop sold and in contract in a week we managed to also find the home of our dreams at the same time. Her negotiating skills are top notch. She consistently kept us informed and managed to stay on top of everyone during the entire process. Even while we were away Valentina went above and beyond to deliver our contract in order to not delay the transaction. Meanwhile, keeping us informed, answering all our questions the entire time. She made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Valentina knows the neighborhood and has a tremendous network that made this all this possible.

Valentina made finding a new place so easy and comforting. She was so kind, personable, professional, and thorough when answering our questions and showing us the apartment! She checked in with us, (and still does because she is the best!) to make sure all was great with us and the apartment before, after, and during the move!
