He recently listed and sold my partner's town home in Marietta for more than the asking price, and within a 1 month period. He is highly skilled, and totally professional. I will contact him when I decide to sell my home. Aaron is absolutely the best.

Wow! Where to even start when it comes to Aaron Ayala. My husband and I had talked about putting our house on the market for several months. Aaron Ayala was the motivation we needed! From our first visit, He listened to us and then shared his recommendation of what needed to be done to get our house ready to list and get the most out of our house. He also made referrals of contractors who could help us with some of his recommendations. Aaron has experience with flipping houses so he was knowledgeable about things that would help get us the most return and he has a great eye for design and details and we appreciated that he was generous in sharing his ideas with us. He was easily available when we had any questions or concerns during the process. We grew to trust him quickly. He communicates directly and honestly and appreciated the same in us.

Aaron walked with us through the entire process. We literally could not have done it without him. He is professional, honest, direct, transparent, and a no games kinda guy. His advice and support throughout the process was absolutely invaluable. Aaron really listens to and cares about his clients, is passionate about his job and will do the right thing. We couldn't envision using anyone else but Aaron. He is the full package. We can't speak highly enough of Aaron. He's an awesome realtor, a design guy, and a great photographer. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is our realtor for life, and not only our realtor, but now honored to call him our friend.

I am a slow and methodical mover in the home-buying process and he has patiently held my hand every step of the way, presenting me with exactly what I ask for as well as things that I hadn’t realized I may want and need in a home. Aaron has been fantastically informative. My husband and I are first time home buyers without any clue of the home buying process. Aaron has made it very clear from the start that it was most important to him that we felt informed and comfortable throughout this whole process. I 100% trust that Aaron will always give an honest input that best serves us even if it meant him missing out on a larger sale. Aaron's number one goal has always been to do what fits our needs best. We told him we would not be buying a home for at least a year, butgbut thatathat didhdid notonot deter him from giving us his dedicated attention. He even helped us find a lender that we trust. Overall, you are crazy not to use him as your realtor. Amazing!
