I used Aaron 5 years ago when I bought the house I just sold. I was brand new to the experience and honestly pretty overwhelmed. Aaron removed a lot of that anxiety for me by explaining anything I was confused about and being incredibly patient. I was very picky and I never felt pressured by Aaron to hurry and make a decision. Fast forward 5 years later and hear he is helping me sell the place I've been living in. Again, he showed so much patience for me, because I took quite a long time getting the house ready for the sale. He negotiated well, communicated with me often and helped me get the place ready when it was needed. I am thoroughly pleased with his work and will absolutely be using him when I'm ready to purchase my next home.

There is no better person to have on your team/side weather your buying or selling a home period! Aaron helped us buy our home and when a unexpected career change happened he helped us sell our home in one of the most seamless expedited processes ever. I just wish I could have taken him with us to our new market to find a home, But he did the next best thing and found us another great realtor to help us with our next purchase. We feel you will not find a more professional, upstanding, honest, and out for your best interest realtor in northern Nevada. Aaron helped us sell our first home during the middle of the Covid pandemic. Aaron went above and beyond during the whole process. He gave us great advice for staging and listing our house. Our house sold in less than 24 hours! We were moving across country so we relied a lot on Aaron during the closing process. He even went as far as selling our washer/dryer for us that we had left behind. Aaron was our first realtor and has set the bar high for our future home purchases. Highly recommend!

I found Aaron online and was immediately drawn to contacting him because of his great reviews. I was selling my aunt’s home as part of her estate. I asked Aaron, along with two other real estate agents, to come and see the home to select an agent to work with. I chose to work with Aaron because of his up-front, knowledgeable, and professional approach. He gave excellent advice about selling the house, while at the same time taking into consideration that I would be working with him from a distance as I don’t live in Reno. He said he would take care of anything that came up with the sale. He didn’t disappoint! Aaron’s great communication, make-it-happen, no nonsense approach took all the stress of selling a house off my plate. He sold the house within a week of putting it on the market. He’s very adaptable because when I initially met him in December, he recommended the house go on the market in March. However, the market picked up by February and he encouraged we list the house a month earlier. He was right as the house sold before the restrictions of COVID-19 began.

Hire this guy as your realtor and you won't regret it! True to the other reviews, he is a shark in negotiations, and had our backs through the entire process. He also had so much knowledge about the neighborhoods we were looking in, and gave us lots of information to consider (things we never would have thought of) while we were house hunting.
