Aaron Cooper

Aaron Cooper is a native Floridian who has been living and working in Jacksonville for the past 15 years. Aaron spent much of his professional career in Healthcare, serving at the executive level, helping create and grow several outpatient programs, most recently for Baptist Health. For the last 10 years, Aaron has been investing in real estate and managing a multitude of residential properties. Aaron has extensive experience managing single family and multifamily residential properties. He has managed all forms of property; from purchasing, rehabbing and renting foreclosed properties and multifamily buildings, to move in ready water front homes.
Aaron is a graduate of the University of North Florida, receiving his master’s degree in business administration in 2007 as well as being a licensed REALTOR®. As an experienced property manager, he understands the need for maintaining a property, maximizing cash flow, and most importantly the need for quality tenants. His first hand experience and extensive market knowledge provides for a unique, experienced, and knowledgeable property manager.
