Aaron Dobbins is a native to Boiling Springs, SC and has a great knowledge of the Upstate of South Carolina. With residential construction experience, Aaron brings that knowledge along on his showings to educate his buyers and lends itself well to listing consultations. He loves working with real estate investors who are searching for that perfect flip or rental. Real estate was a pull to Aaron because he loves building relationships with people and gets fulfillment from guiding them through the stressful transaction process. He likes to form those relationships beyond the closing table and is proud to call his past clients his friends and has been known to help move his clients in their home on closing day!
