Aaron has been by my side through my first time buying a home process. I can still call or text him about anything pertaining to the home. Some realtor is just friendly because they want the money. Aaron is my go to person he is in this field because he really want the best for you. I will always recommend him to my friends or family. Get you a realtor like ours, once you hire him he's working until your close date. He's gonna tell you whats good and whats not good. He treat you like he known you for years. He got me and my husband home in 2months. You have to keep up with his speed. Aaron team is great I never met a team like his. I recommend them to whomever is ready.

I reached out to Aaron with hopes of purchasing my 1st 🏡 home and I wanted to make sure I had someone who knew exactly what they were doing within the business. Aaron went above and behind to meet all my expectations he didn’t let a call go unanswered, a text unread or a email unsent, he made it his business to look at a house a day with me too 3 -5 houses a day until I found what best fit for my wife and I. He pointed me in the right direction when it came down to home inspection, termite inspectors, schooled me on a few pointers as far as being a new home owner as well. He even went to the extent of wanting to pray with us before walking into our new foundation and that meant a lot, overall my homebuying experience was great and he is very knowledgeable about everything and if he is unsure he will definitely find the answers for you without question….

I started house searching with Aaron in July, I just closed on Friday. From the beginning to the end of our search Aaron was very professional and very confident that we would find “the right one.” Aaron did frequent check-ins and was very responsive whenever I inquired about a listing. There is not enough I can say about Aaron. He was excellent in helping us buy our first home. He always was a phone call away when I had a random question about something, even if I probably asked him more than once he was very patient with us. Our deal took a lot of work and a lot of moving parts to get done. He kept everything in line and made sure I was always informed. He only showed us houses that fit the qualifications we gave him and made sure he gave us as much info as he knew about them. To sum it up, I highly recommend Aaron Felder if you are buying or selling a home.

I want give a BIG THANK YOU!!! To not only a childhood friend but to an amazing realtor. For me not wanting to be in a hurry to purchase my 1st home, Aaron Felder was the right realtor my and I’m sure will be for anyone looking to buy a home in Maryland. Aaron was so patient with me after showing multiple homes week after week. And yes, I will admit that I was being a little difficult, but who wouldn’t when their about to make such a huge purchase/investment. All of the homes were great, it just wasn’t that ONE.
