Aaron is simply the best. We bought are home with him a few years ago and that was such a stress free process that when I was in need of a new commercial space for my business he was the first person I called. We Met Aaron through my past realtor who has now decided to retire. We were very impressed right from the beginning from our first meeting with him. He and his wife were perfectly together. She arranges all the meetings, and directs him when, and where to show up. He was always on time and dressed very professionally. As first time Home sellers we could not have gone with a better choice. We had no frame of reference of what it takes to sell a house and Aaron was there every step of the way. He can facilitate anything from Title V issues, to cleaning services, to dumpster rentals, or his own photographer/videographer to do an amazing shoot of your house. Even set us up with his fence guy to replace our fence after the new septic system was put in. They got it done reusing all the original fencing taken down by the septic system company only having to add one new 6ft stockade section, keeping our costs down. You would not know fence was ever taken down. He is extremely professional, with a very friendly personality and is always available whether via email or phone. Very responsive to any questions we had and we had many. Sold our property in less than 7 days, above asking price. Took care of setting us up with attorney for closing as we left the state prior to closing. He could not have made it easier. Thanks again Aaron.

I’m not sure if there’s enough space to write this review. Buying your first home is stressful. Going into this we had no idea what to expect, and was clueless about all the ins and outs of buying a home. Aaron was reassuring and walked us through every single step. No stone left unturned. The market is a tough one right now but rest assured if Aaron is your agent, he will help make your dream come true.
After finding our dream home, Aaron made sure that we had the best possible offer submitted and with that, our offer was accepted.
We never thought it would be possible to find and attain what we had dreamed, and yet here we are. I cannot recommend Aaron enough. If you are buying or selling, you need Aaron and his team in your corner, they will ensure that everything goes smoothly and efficiently.
