We bought our first home in 2021, a very challenging year for home buying. When we started out we told Aaron that we needed two things from him, we weren't going to overpay for our home and we needed him to make sure we didn't do anything stupid. After several offers and many viewings Aaron fulfilled his promise, we paid asking for the property and negotiated seller help for closing costs! Even our title attorney mentioned "wow, we don't see that very often anymore!" . There was a small issue during inspection that he handled and then negotiated a warranty just in case there was an issue post remediation. Our final walkthrough also had some surprises left by the previous owner that he promptly dealt with that helped us feel much better about our purchase. Aaron made sure we had all of the documents we needed for our lender, and stayed on top of things until the very end. We now have our first new home and love it. We will definitely use Aaron and TLG again when we need to buy or sell our next home. Thanks Aaron!
