While in college, Aaron was looking for something a little out of the ordinary, something fun and fast paced that would reward him for being the hard worker that he is. Aaron found that something in Real Estate! In 1990, Aaron started his Real Estate career while working part time with Federal Express. In 1995, as both careers were advancing, Aaron decided to decline a promotion at Fed Ex and put his full-time attention on his Real Estate career. It was the best decision of his life! Since that time Aaron has been one of the top producers in his office and has been named as being in the top 5% of all Realtors nationally! After 10 years of dating, Aaron married his high school sweetheart Kris who is an elementary school teacher. Together, they have two boys Max and Parker.
Although his family and real estate career come first, another of Aaron's passions is restoring run-down homes. Aaron bought his first project when he was only twenty-three for $37,000, then sold it 10 months later for twice that amount. Since then, Aaron has bought many homes as investments. These experiences have made Aaron an expert at coaching people on which improvements are most profitable for homeowners, as well as knowing a competitive price when he sees one.
