His passion for branding and design led him to a career in the fashion industry where he was as President and Chief Creative Officer for Bruno Magli Group based in Bologna, Italy and President of Polo Ralph Lauren Footwear in New York, and Vice President of Macy's. While successful at leading other family owned organizations through growth and change, Aaron's true passion was to develop his own company. He founded The Schwartz Consulting Group and became a top contractor for the retail and fashion practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
