I thank God I wondered into RE/MAX and met Aaron. Having just moved to Reno and being frankly lost as a first time homebuyer, he was truly a blessing. I not only purchased my home with Aaron, but when I unexpectedly needed to relocate shortly there after I also returned to Aaron for assistance with the sale. As a first time homebuyer turned first time home seller shortly there after Aaron was with me every step of the way through both transactions. Let me first start by saying that rarely do I take time to write a review, good or bad. Mostly because, as a mom and business owner, I tend to run short on time. But sometimes, as in my experience with Aaron Warburton, I just don't like to share all my good secrets! However, I feel that when someone goes above and beyond with their service, and continues to be of great service, even after the transaction is done, they need to be highlighted. We, my husband and I, decided to look into Reno for a property, or two. I've always loved Nevada and think it would be a good place to eventually land in our retirement. I made contact with Miner Realty, after seeing an interesting home, and was referred to Aaron. Based on properties I had researched and sent to him, he immediately sussed out what we might be interested in, and made referrals to some I hadn't considered. After a few contacts by email and phone, he had narrowed down our focus to about 8-10 homes to look at. We started out at what he felt were the top picks. He deftly navigated Reno and explained the nuances of various parts of town. The homes we looked at were condominiums and he was quick to point out large and small things to consider in each of them. For example, there were two little girls playing in an open field, no visible adults, but he said, Now that's a good sign. I have two girls myself, I thought that was an astute comment to point out how safe the property was. As we went along, what I appreciated most about Aaron is his down to earth approach to gauging what I (we) were interested in. I didn't feel pushed into buying something I couldn't, or didn't want to, afford. I also felt I was being presented with options that equally matched what I was looking for, actually they exceeded my expectations of what I wanted-for our budget! Overall, I was sold on the first 3-4 homes he suggested and showed me, but we moved on and probably viewed at least 5-6 more. We did all of this in 4 hours on a Saturday morning. Outstanding! Did I mention I am usually short on time? As for going beyond the call of duty, Aaron continues to meet and exceed expectations of OUR Nevada Real Estate Agent. I have referred friends already and feel confident, that should they decide to work with Aaron, they will be treated with the same great service we had. We look forward to working with Aaron again soon and know we will get the best honest, respectful treatment. Can't ask for more. Well, except more time!

We contacted Aaron through an add for a different home. He met us on a Sunday last minute. Although that house didn't work out, we did not have a realtor and was not familiar with the Reno area. I have known Aaron a long time and was hesitant to try to short sale our home since we had gone rounds with other short sale experts in town. Aaron literally found me while he was driving down the street and I was peering in the windows of an abandoned house for sale. Before we had that first conversation, even the prospect of selling my house seemed oppressively difficult. I didn't seriously consider it to be a viable option. Three weeks after meeting Aaron, I had signed a profitable Sales Contract - even closed escrow early. It's true that market forces were on our side, but none of it would have been possible without Aaron's energy, confidence and expertise. I have also seen him work with people where the market wasn't on their side - and he was able to provide them with a range of options and a recommendation, even though none of them were to his financial benefit. Aaron is highly recommended. You cannot find better in the Reno area. In fact, even if you're not in the area. Call him anyway.

Aaron Warburton deserves all five stars and more. Aaron has gone above and beyond to help me find a place to live. The majority of my search was done with me being out of state. Aaron took over and helped me every step of the way. I would not have been able to find a place and close on it without his help. He kept me informed through email, texts and phone calls from start to end. I never had to wonder or worry or about what was needed or when it was needed. He thoroughly explained each step of the process and answered tons of my questions with good humor. Because I am an out-of-state buyer, Aaron was always available when I was able to fly into town. He worked on Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday nights and Sundays and many late nights working on details for me. Of all the reasons I could give for someone to use Aaron's services, is his positive attitude. My budget for a new place in a more expensive market than the one I am leaving, was on the low side. Aaron stayed within my budget and never made me feel that it was not worth his time. He never made me feel that I was less of a client than one with a larger budget. After looking for a year and a half Aaron called us out of the blue and asked if we were still interested in buying a home. I had left my contact information on a Zillow listing and Aaron followed up on it. THIS had never happened before! The day that he called I told him that we had given up. We had had several agents who said they would find us a house but the only thing I had gotten from them was Listingbook which is a program for finding homes(which I took as you are on your own, I don't have time to help you/your price range is too low ). Aaron quickly got us back in the game with his optimistic, energetic attitude along with a handful of listings he drove us around to. It took 4 1/2 months which is pretty painless in this market and we closed on our dream house last week. Aaron responded to every text immediately, no matter how benign my question was and was always available to meet us at a house within moments of it becoming available. I mean it when I say that we would NOT be home owner's if it weren't for him. Aaron is the best agent I have ever met and we highly recommend him.
