Aba was very attentive to my unique situation and needs. She was very flexible with her schedule to show homes whenever I was available and did not pressure me into anything I was not fully happy with. I was pleased with her knowledge of the local market and the current trends plus she helped negotiate a good deal for my closing costs. I would recommend Aba for new or veteran home buyers.

Aba is a phenomenal and very seasoned realtor. She made selling a home in the midst of the pandemic easy. From the CoVID safety packages that she put together containing shoe covers, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves for prospective buyers to the ease of digitally receiving appointment requests and conformations on my phone, I was pleased with the experience.

In addition, she contacted every prospective buyers lender to learn more about the types of loans secured for financing as well as their career trades. This information was very helpful for me throughout the Buyer selection process because the highway bid is not always associated with the best Buyer.

Aba is truly at the top of her class in the Atlanta Metro area and whether you’re buying or selling, she closes is the realtor for you.

This pandemic did not stop Aba Simmons from providing excellent service. Being a first time homeowner she made sure to go above and beyond in explaining processes that were unfamiliar to me. She stayed connected when there was a lull or delay and even brought a gift to me during closing. I can just imagine how much more pleasant she’d be to work with if there was no pandemic. Great experience! House hunting can be stressful, especially when doing so 5 states away. However, our realtor, Aba made the entire process easy. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and did a great job helping us find our home. Even after closing months later, she’s still responsive and helped us to get some issues resolved with the builders.
