I am so fortunate in getting connected with Mr. Abay Gedey, the best real estate agent (very calm, patience, knowledgeable, understandable, & mostly helpful) during my search for a new home in Charlotte NC. It was my first time to buy a home & had no idea what to do. Therefore, I contacted Mr. Abay & I told him to assist me buy a good house in charlotte. He was immediately responsive to my call and all questions I had as well. Throughout my journey in finding my new house, & with all the paperwork processes, I had the pleasure working with Mr. Abay. Overall, he is such an amazing real agent to work with; therefore, I will recommend Mr. Abay to anyone in the market to purchase a home in NC area. I will also definitely look to Mr. Abay when I or my family/friend have any future real estate needs. Abay is an unbelievable gentleman and realtor. What I liked the most about him was his honesty and knowledge of the industry. He presented a number of homes with all the info we had requested. He took the time to meet with us and give us guidance on the right home to buy based on our budget. His focus is always customer satisfaction. He took time to look at the loan offered. He explained the loan line by Line and even found duplicate charges that we were able to get off the loan. I would contact him when ready to purchase our next home. Highly recommended.
