She was quick with extending offers, in her responses to texting, and ultimately her advice helped me to get my offer accepted in a time where the market was extremely competitive! Abby was exceptional in helping us find our home. As an out-of-state client, she truly opened up all her time over 4 days and going all over the Minneapolis metro area to help find the right city, neighborhood and house upon our visit. Not to mention, countless long distance hours. Without her efforts, I’m positive we would not have been able to navigate our way to the perfect landing spot. Also, she’s just very kind, not trying to push, and makes a very stressful process a lot of fun, too. We’re quite thankful and fortunate to have found her. Thank you, Abby!

Since I first started working with her until now she has always been by my side I purchased a home previously 5yrs ago now she is helping me sell and buy a duplex within the upcoming months. Working with Abby was great! She know her stuff. She make herself available whenever I needed her. Sometimes I would be busy at work, would not the time to look see a property; Abby would go and we will video chat while to checking out the property. I can call her any time of the day, or night and she will answer. That is the kind of Realtor is she. She even offer to pay for one of my bedroom carpet that needed to be replaced because the seller refuse to pay for it and his realtor didn't mention it in the counter offer to the seller. Abby is great at her job!

Abby is the greatest!!!! When we came from Michigan to look for a home,
she had been recommended to me by my realtor in Michigan! It was a great recommendation. We were downsizing, wanted to be near family, and wanted a condo, or a rambler, or a detached townhouse. She took us all over, assisting us to find the right location, right home, right financing, and right area all in one week! Incredible job and found one my husband liked as he was very specific in what he wanted.

After he passed, I wanted to be even closer to family, wanted a townhouse, and, of course, I asked Abby to do the impossible. Again, she did it. With both homes, she worked long distance with my son who was involed in real estate himself. That is not an easy task to do for a realtor. She did it! She is personable, caring, very ethical, and a professional. You can see, I very highly recommend her.
