We began our home buying process with Abby near the beginning of this year, and it has been a wonderful experience having her as our realtor through the craziness of buying our first home in this market. Abby is incredibly cordial and easy to get along with, hardworking, and passionate about her job. From the first time we met to discuss the home buying process, it was immediately apparent that her organizational skills were top notch and she alleviated many of our fears about the home buying process. Abby was incredibly accommodating in being able to meet us at properties and discover what we liked and disliked about each house, and was flexible each time we wanted to make revisions to what we were looking for. Despite the tumultuous pandemic market that we ended up in, Abby helped us craft competitive offers, often at late or odd hours to accommodate our schedules, all while advocating for our protection as buyers as well. We ended up closing on a house for under asking price in May, which is where having Abby as our realtor really became as asset. Due to the hurried nature of our closing, Abby ended up doing much of the legwork for paperwork that was not her responsibility, making her determination known and taking advantage of her impressive network she has built. Throughout all this, Abby remained consistently positive and worked tirelessly to get things taken care of for us, long after I felt others would have abandoned the situation. If I had one criticism, I think we could have done a bit better financially, as we were in the unique position of being the only offer on our house, and definitely left repairs on the table that should have been addressed given the fact that the house was a flip. All in all, Abby was wonderfully terrific to work with, and if we have the chance to work with her again, we absolutely would. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a personable, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable realtor who is honest and cares deeply about her clients.
