ABIGAIL HUMMEL

I’m originally from Lawrence, Kansas and proud to call Boulder, Colorado home. I live in Central Boulder with my fiancé, and when we’re not working, you’ll usually find us running Anemone or Sanitas, biking up Sunshine Canyon, or grabbing a coffee at Ozo. I’ve spent countless miles training through Boulder’s neighborhoods—Wonderland Lake being a favorite—and I feel incredibly lucky to live in a community that truly supports an active, outdoor lifestyle.

I became a Realtor in 2020 after studying sales and hospitality management and spending several years in the hospitality industry. That background shaped how I approach real estate: connection comes first. I believe the best outcomes happen when clients feel heard, supported, and confidently informed every step of the way.

I purchased my first home at 22 and learned firsthand how impactful it is to have the right advocate on your side. That experience—both the good and the challenging—drives how I work with my clients today. My approach is tailored to each person’s goals, even when those goals are still taking shape. Buying and selling looks different for everyone, and flexibility, honesty, and thoughtful problem-solving are essential.

Beyond the transaction, I value being a long-term resource. I take pride in connecting clients with trusted local vendors—from inspectors and contractors to designers and photographers—because Boulder County is full of incredible people doing great work, and I believe in connecting good people with one another.
