Abi is the most professional, wonderful, and reliable real estate, professional I’ve ever worked with. From the very first phone call, she was incredible. She has truly unique knowledge about the market in the DMV and helped us find the perfect neighborhood (and house!!) for our family.
It was the little things that made a difference as well. She was very prompt in all communication and was an expert in all things VA loan related. I can’t imagine navigating this process without her! Because of her competency, great communication, and overall awesome personality (and sense of humor!), she negotiated an amazing deal that made both sides happy. She is a rare gem and we will definitely be going back to her for future properties!

Abi Paulson is the absolute best! We bought a new home on a tight budget in a hot market and with a rapid turnaround; we then needed to sell our former home, again with a tight budget and quick turnaround. Abi was invaluable throughout the process and we would never have managed to get that elusive extra bedroom without her. She hooked us up with financing, gave us her contractors (!!) to work on our new place instead of her own house so that we could move in quickly, and provided excellent and budget-conscious advice on the sale of our previous property. She worked tirelessly on the sale of our old property and we closed on the sale 6 weeks from the listing date. Abi's experience and knowledge are incredible assets, but her work ethic and ability to recognize and understand each family's individual needs truly set her apart. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been working professionally with Abigail Paulson for years. It would NOT BE an exaggeration to say you will find her an amazing human being: most kind, helpful beyond belief while highly professional. Besides she is brilliant in problem solving of any kind far beyond what would be considered “helpful”. An example would be going beyond her scope of responsibilities as a Realtor helping me on the West Coast find a garage space for one of my tenants on the East Coast without any demands for any consideration of any kind.
I could go on and on but I won’t here. But I’d be happy to speak with you if she asks me to.

Abi was incredible. I was moving to the DC area but couldn’t get down there to look at any apartments. Abi went to each one and sent a detailed video of the entire premises for each place she looked (and the roads/neighborhoods surrounding!). She also offered expert advice about each area of DC/bethesda and helped guide my search. My only suggestion would be to share the videos via icloud or maybe a google drive folder. we did have some small issues with video uploading and viewing. Overall, Abi is an AMAZING person to have in your corner when moving to the DC metro area. She is knowledgeable, easily reachable, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you Abi!

Abi is amazing! My wife and I liked her from the moment we met her and we knew we wanted to work with her by the end of our first meeting. She went above and beyond with several items, like cleaning up after the repair guy finished and painting the house number board because it was missed. She explained things very clearly when I didn’t understand something. This is the first time I had sold a house so I had no idea what was supposed to happen or in what order; Abi cleared it all up and everything went very smoothly. Thanks so much Abi!

We worked with Abi to sell our mom's house when we needed to relocate her out of state. Since we were all out of state during the sale, Abi went above and beyond by helping us find and coordinate contractors to get the house ready for sale. She gave us great guidance on when the house should hit the market and competitive pricing ideas and was with us every step of the way.

She's very easy to reach, very proactive, and she was very much an advocate through the entire process and beyond. Her partnership was extraordinary. We literally couldn't have pulled that move off without her. I can't recommend her highly enough.

was rather a nerve racking experience week to week. Close Friday, delay, close next Friday, delay, etc etc. What I learned was buying a home from the govt is not a fun process. With few exceptions (like pocket listings), every licensed realtor has access to the same tools, the same listings, the same inspectors, and the same financing options. The distinctions between realtors - and the reason you should choose Abi - goes to who she is and how she does her job.

First, and perhaps most importantly, Abi knows how to LISTEN. She is perceptive and thoughtful: after hearing you, she will likely have a better understanding of what you need and want than you do yourself. She will give you an honest appraisal of your wish list, gently guiding you to the best housing choice. What this means is that you will waste minimal time on bad options.

A good realtor is a bit like a match-maker, with the difference that, in many cases, home purchases last longer than marriage. Abi will make sure you don't waste time "kissing frogs."

Second, Abi is meticulous and tireless. For most people, a home is biggest financial commitment of all. Abi will help make sure this transaction is flawless.

My daughter happened upon Abi when searching for an apartment. She was moving to a new city with friends and family 1000 miles away and finding her choices somewhat overwhelming. Abi went above and beyond in her assistance. She was extremely patient with a 22 year old leasing her first apartment, explaining do's and don'ts of renting, helping her evaluate multiple possibilities and explaining so many key aspects of of living in the city from parking to public transportation to social events. She even sent a link to proper outerwear for such a cold climate! Would highly recommend.
