I’ve used Abraham Ash as my realtor for years now, and I’ll tell you straight up, he’s the best in the Florida. The first time I worked with him was when we had to close out my father’s estate and sell the family home. That house had been listed for over a year with no luck. Abraham came in, and in just a matter of months, he got it sold and closed the deal. Since then, I’ve gone back to him for every transaction, and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The thing about Abraham is he actually knows houses. I’ve seen him inspect a place himself and point out building material issues or problems that could come up down the line, stuff you’d never catch unless you had real experience. That’s why it makes sense when you’re paying a commission, because this guy is actually doing the job. And then there’s the negotiation, he’s a killer negotiator.

Bottom line, I can’t recommend him enough. Whether it’s luxury properties or anything else, Abraham is the best real estate broker/agent in the state. Bar none.

We found Abe on Yelp as the best-rated realtor in Miami. I believe we were initially only looking at the Brickell area. Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe.

Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling.

We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell.

Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him.

We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.

I firstly got in contact with Mr. Ash in August 2024. 1 got back to Miami on Tuesday and I needed an apartment urgently for rent. By Thursday we were already touring multiple properties and I've signed the lease the same week on a Saturday.
Additionally and even more importantly me and my family decided to buy an apartment in Miami this year in 2025.
From my previous very pleasant experience with Abraham and Kellyn we connected again and started to look at potential properties for sale. My family and I have toured 13 apartments in total in order to find a place where we can stay for a long time. Fast forward to this day, we have bought and moved in into our new apartment exactly a week ago May 21st 2025. We have secured the best deal in our building's history, a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment by working with Abraham and Kellyn. I could not express how content we are with their real estate services and we are for sure going to refer all of our friends to them. I don't think there is a more patient and easy going agent out there. Abraham worked with me for a year as I wavered between a condo and a house. Never did I once feel pushed in any direction for the purpose of a sale. He was great at pointing out things that I needed to consider even if I was leaning in and it meant I would reconsider.

Almost immediate response to any texts or e-mails I sent him and always willing to preview any house I was considering. He was totally able to identify what I would and would not like about each house.

Abraham was on top of things from start to finish. Some realtors I've worked with in the past are barely involved in the process and difficult to get in touch with. We (a family of four with two kids under 15) were moving from Chicago to Miami, a big deal because I have never lived anywhere else and I was nervous about picking real estate in unfamiliar territory. My family and I are from New York and we wanted to purchase a condo in Miami. Prior to selecting Abraham as our agent, I contacted a few others agents. I gravitated towards Abraham because in our first interaction he was incredibly informative and very well spoken. I explained to Abraham I’d be flying in from NY and my goal was to find the ideal property within a two week timeframe. I can’t emphasize enough how organized and punctual Abraham was. The best experience I have ever had dealing with a salesperson. I even forgot at times he was trying to sell me a property. I never expected a Realtor to be so patient and truthful as he was. Abraham a knew the city like the back of his hand and was able to tell me the pros and cons of each neighborhood.

Abraham Ash has helped me multiple times through out the last four years with different types of real estate advise. With my purchase he has been so patient and kind. As a new home buyer, he explained the process thoroughly and helped me realize what my total costs would be to budget accordingly. I never felt any type of push to make the purchase from him. I could tell he always had my best interest in mind. The property i wanted to buy unfortunately did not work out since they accepted another buyers cash offer, but Abraham to this day still recommends properties to me that are good opportunities and within my budget.
