Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed AC Rodwell as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office. AC joins Coldwell Banker Caine with experience in auditing and business management. After many years of loving real estate and buying and selling personal homes, AC is thankful she made the decision to begin her real estate career with Caine. A former accountant, appraiser and retail business owner, her business acumen assists her in navigating real estate transactions and providing top notch customer service.

AC moved from Atlanta to Greenville 23 years ago and never looked back. Having been a client on both sides of real estate transactions many times, including a move overseas, she understands the stress of relocating and works tirelessly to assist clients in every step of the home buying and selling process. When she is not working you will find her playing tennis, biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, visiting breweries on a sunny day and traveling. AC enjoys giving back to the community through participation in Trees Greenville and Greenville Chorale. Most of all she loves spending time with her two teenage daughters and husband who is originally from South Africa.
