Well hello! Thanks for viewing my profile! I am very excited about real estate. I love both the buying and selling side of transactions. I know you have many choices of agents but I can promise you that I will work extremely hard to really listen to your needs, not just hear you but to actually listen to what you truly want and need. I started this profile with a few words that drive me to be the best real estate agent in the industry. You have so many choices of agents and I am humble enough to know that I am not better than anyone but I do know that I am incredibly different than most. It is a new day in the real estate industry and choosing an agent that isn't afraid to utilize technology can enrich your experience tremendously. Biography

When you speak to Adam Baxa, you will be amazed at how much he knows about Yorkville and surrounding Kendall, LaSalle, Kane, DuPage and Grundy Counties. You see, Adam moved to Yorkville with his family from Wheaton, IL when he was six years old. He has experienced the areas grow and prosper yet still keep their great small town community oriented feel.

Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Illinois, Adam spent several years working in the healthcare and law enforcement fields. It was during that time that he gained a true passion for helping others along with a completely customer service oriented philosophy. Adam then went on to graduate from Waubonsee Community College with an Associates of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He then completed the police academy at College of DuPage and continued his career as an Illinois State Certified Police Officer. Unfortunately, Adam sustained a career ending injury and found himself no longer able to perform law enforcement patrol duties.

While working through adversity, Adam did not lose the passionate push to give back to his community and help others in any capacity possible. Adam became increasingly engaged in the world of real estate and after several personal successful personal home purchase and sales, he knew it would be a way to continue to make a difference in people's lives.
