Adam Braddock

Adam Braddock brings a varied background and range of experience to real estate, from serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central Asia, to 10+ years as a nurse at Seattle Children's pediatric ICU and Providence Hospital's emergency department in Everett. Now, he’s based out of John L. Scott’s Mukilteo office and appreciates the opportunity within real estate to wow his clients and make their transition as stress-free as possible.

Adam’s background makes him uniquely equipped to handle anything his clients may face in real estate. When buying or selling a home, the process can be stressful, and unpredictable. You want somebody with you who has the habit of anticipating potential challenges, limits complication by being prepared, and who remains composed and performs accurately whatever may come your way.

During his time as a real estate broker, Adam has proven to be skilled in negotiation and creative in developing marketing strategies needed to get your home sold. He strives to connect with his clients to establish lasting relationships, address their needs and help individuals achieve their real estate goals. He often helps clients with residential resale, investment and second homes and land sales. His experience runs the gamut, from small cabins in the mountains to large luxury homes!

Outside of work, Adam values quality time spent with his wife and children, including traveling, playing cards and dancing. He is an avid runner and skier and soon-to-be private pilot. Adam particularly enjoys trail running, though he has also run the Boston Marathon multiple times.
