In my most honest and humble opinion, I don't believe a 5-star rating for Adam does it justice to describe the impeccable service and experience he has provided us. We truly believe he deserves above 5-Star if there is such a thing. Not only is Adam's professionalism, knowledge, experience, and service unmatched, but he is an outstanding character and citizen of the United States. Adam is a very honest, genuine, trustworthy, and reliable person who puts others before himself and knows and does what it takes to assure thoroughness, openness, and honesty about every decision that has to be made. Moreover, Adam, literally became like an uncle to my children through this process. We all loved spending time with Adam and receiving sound advice from him along the way. We viewed many many homes with Adam and he really helped save us from making decisions I think we may have regretted. It seemed Adam really understood our needs better than we did sometimes. He would always keep it real and raise good questions whereby helping manage our emotions or ideas from getting in the way of making sound decisions. We're so busy with our day to day life, that making a critical decision during the selling or purchasing of our home could easily be done with clouded judgement, but Adam would reveal all of our options and implications to help bring great clarity to every stage in the process, situation or decision. From my experience, Adam really understands York-Adams County well. His experience and knowledge of real estate laws and processes are as good if not better than anyone I know or have ever worked with. He was very trustworthy to manage our sale and our purchase through every stage of the process. We always felt rest assured he was there to assure our best interests and he did just that, and he did it with great character, professionalism and honesty . I just want to add - in our home search, we searched so many homes (45-50) over a period of 4-5 weeks to be exact. Adam was very reliable, dependable in communication and scheduling his time. Despite a seemingly exhausting search, he was always 100% in it with us to find the best place for us. Everytime we met with Adam to look at a home, he seemed as cheerful and interested as the first time. Honestly, it should have been stressful for everyone involved, but having Adam with us, really made us feel calm about things and it was an enjoyable experience instead. We knew we had the best agent serving us in Adam and his support team is outstanding as well. From receiving an offer for the sale of our home to buying our next home, Adam's ability to assess all risk and advise us of our options was incredibly thorough and flawless toward making the best decision possible. It ended up being out of our price range as well as too far for our commute but gave Adam a good idea of what we were looking for. After looking at several houses we finally found one and Adam was great and walked us through every step of the process.
