Adam Freeman

As a Miami native from Coconut Grove, Adam Freeman has been working in the South Florida real estate industry for more than 14 years. Over that time, he has been fortunate enough to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the community, and has developed vast experience in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including but not limited to; acquisitions, asset management, sales, leasing, equity fundraising, development, condo terminations, governmental approval processes, and more.

From 2006-2012, Adam served as a project manager and Senior Development Coordinator for Housing Trust Group, the largest affordable housing developer in the State of Florida. During that time, he participated in the development, management, and sales of over 1500 multi-family apartments and condominium units, multiple hotels, and various development sites across the United States with portfolio values in excess of $350 million.

In 20212, Adam took the opportunity to join The Jills Team at Coldwell Banker, in which he helped continue their success, as the number #1 real estate sales team in the country. Three years later, he founded Freeman Property Group, a real estate investment team with brokerage services out of the Coldwell Banker Miami Beach office. Adam is now a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite and in the top 1% of all 50,000+ NRT Agents Nationwide.
