Adam Hall

'm Adam Hall, a Manning, SC native with a lifelong appreciation for the beauty, hospitality, and unique character of the Lowcountry. After earning my bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Carolina, I channeled that same hospitality into a decades-long career in the restaurant industry. At 23, I opened Groucho’s Deli of Pawleys Island, an iconic South Carolina institution, where I gained hands-on expertise in business operations, customer service, and team leadership.

For the past 15 years, I’ve built on that foundation as a multi-unit franchisee, developing a strong network of relationships across the Grand Strand and beyond. Today, as part of Tradd Commercial, I leverage those connections and my deep local knowledge to guide clients through commercial real estate opportunities with clarity, trust, and dedication.
